Phoenixville, PA – October 31, 2025 – Ann’s Heart is honored to announce a generous $50,000 grant from The Foxwynd Foundation Donor Advised Fund (DAF) to strengthen its Center for Emergency Resources at Ann’s Heart (CERAH) and HEART Kitchen programs.
This investment will directly support Ann’s Heart’s mission to provide a place of welcome and human services to all. Funds will enhance emergency shelter, housing case management, and meal programs that serve hundreds of Chester County residents experiencing housing and food insecurity each year.
“The Foxwynd Foundation’s continued partnership has been instrumental in helping us meet basic needs with compassion and dignity,” said Kristen McGee, Executive Director of Ann’s Heart. “This grant allows us to expand our impact by providing more meals, deeper case management support, and year-round housing stability for our guests.”
Each year, Ann’s Heart provides over 50,000 free meals through its HEART Kitchen programs and supports more than 175 individuals through CERAH’s emergency and transitional housing services. This grant will also help sustain critical wraparound supports, including showers, laundry, personal supplies, and connections to mental and behavioral health resources.
Pamela Villagra, Executive Director at The Foxwynd Foundation, shared, “The Foxwynd Foundation DAF is proud to continue supporting Ann’s Heart in its essential work to meet the basic needs of our community with care and creativity. We are inspired by their commitment to collaboration and sustainability.”
