What's in a name?
We often get asked "Who is Ann?".
And while our name, Ann's Heart, is a nod to the two parishes that granted us use of their space (St. Ann Church and Sacred Heart Church), it represents the countless individuals and families who have served the Phoenixville community and given back to those who need support.
Today, Ann's Heart is powered by an incredible team of volunteer Board members, a small, but talented staff, and more than 500 active volunteers who prove day in and day out that you can accomplish so much more when you follow your heart and work together.
