Free Community Meal Programs
Each of our community meals focuses on providing low-barrier access to healthy food options. These programs are supported by the incredible efforts of more than 500 volunteers.
Summer Meal Program
In partnership with the Phoenixville Area School District (PASD), Phoenixville Area Community Services (PACS), and a team of dedicated volunteers - the HEART Kitchen provides free summer meals to families who qualify for free or subsidized lunches throughout the school year.

Families who qualify receive prepared breakfast and dinner items twice a week to help cover meals for the entire family (not just the kids) for the week. These free meals help to refocus family funds to help cover expensive summer costs such as food, child care / camp, or other expenses incurred over the summer months that are not offset by students being in school.
Code Blue Meal Program
Nothing opens hearts and doors like a hot meal. Our Code Blue meal program provides hot dinners and hot breakfast to our Code Blue program guests every day of the week.

While this might not sound like a life altering program - it has made a huge difference in helping to move people forward in their housing case management journey.

A warm meal made with love by our HEART Kitchen volunteers has helped to build trust, provide solace, and allow our Supportive Services staff to engage with guests more effectively.
