Partner Programs

One of the best parts of the HEART is that it hosts several nonprofit organizations and their programs. These nonprofits utilize spaces at the HEART to offer their services to our community, often in collaboration with one another to help expand their impact.
Trellis for Tomorrow

Trellis is building resilient communities from the ground up. We provide services and programs for youth of all ages to ensure our community has meaningful work, dynamic relationships, and healthy land.

Using the power of art and community connection to foster resilience in children facing adversity.
Project Healing Hive

Working to improve mental health care by advancing an agenda for evidence-based uses of CAM (complementary and alternative medicine) through research, education, direct service, and training.

Crescendo Phoenixville is a community music organization that provides intensive violin and music instruction to children who would otherwise not receive it.

Working teach people why the best choice for their bodies, the planet, and its animals is to eat more plants...and that eating more plants can be sustainable, satisfying, and delicious!

We strive to educate and address the root causes of hunger through our nutrition and education programs and by working to strengthen our community food systems.
