The 2020 Phoenixville Bed Races benefit two non-profits serving the homeless and at risk individuals in our community. By partnering, we hope to support each of these organizations that strive to provide housing, support services, and much needed aid to our neighbors in need.

We're talking pillow fights' worth of excitement, minus the feathers!
🌟 Why Just Sleep in a Bed When You Can Race One? This isn't just any Saturday stroll in the park. It's an epic, bedazzled sprint down Third Avenue in Reeves Park. So, fluff up those pillows and wheel out your fastest mattresses. We're racing for a cause that guarantees sweet dreams for everyone in Phoenixville!

📅 Event Itinerary:

11:00 AM: Bed viewing party begins! Cast your votes for the 'Bed in Show' and mingle with the racers.

12:00 PM: The races commence! Cheer on your favorites as they zip, zoom, and zag to the finish line.

2:00 PM: Celebrate the victors, indulge in the raffle bounty, and keep the fun going with post-race festivities.

Race Course Information
Ready... Set... Race!
Bed Teams will race down 3rd Avenue from the Starting Line at the intersection of B Street & 3rd Avenue, down towards intersection of 3rd & Starr Street.
But wait - that's not it!
Beds will then have to turn around and race back up 3rd Avenue back to the Finish Line!
Racers - Keep this turn in mind when designing those beds!
Beds will be raced on the roadway (pavement) and need to follow our Bed Building Guidelines.
Bed Team Drop Off & Registration
All Bed Teams must be dropped off on THIRD Avenue (Reeves Park Side) at B Street.
Teams will check in at the registration tent and then be assigned a line up position up on 3rd Avenue (between B Street and Main Street).
Public Vote
Spectators will vote in a public ballot for Best Overall Bed Theme & Team Costumes.
Voting takes place between 11AM and 12PM. BE CREATIVE!
